Accepted Insurance & Credentialing We are currently in the process of credentialing with major commercial, state, and federal insurance networks through Headway. As these partnerships are finalized, we will be able to accept the following plans:

• CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
• Sentara Health Plans
• Medicare
• Virginia Medicaid / DMAS (including managed care organizations such as Anthem HealthKeepers Plus, Molina, and Sentara Community Plan)

Private Pay & Out-of-Network For individuals navigating care outside of an insurance network or choosing to pay directly, our flat-rate cash fees are:

• Initial Psychiatric Intake & Evaluation: $275
• Follow-Up & Medication Management Visit: $175
• Individual Psychotherapy (60 min)$175

If you are using an out-of-network insurance plan, we can provide a detailed Superbill (clinical receipt) at the end of your visit, which you may submit directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
